Discussion surrounding types of food took place. Agreed that we would look to provide oven chips and sauces. In addition, if the weather was cold we would provide soup in the form of Heinz catering soup.
The catering would be in the main hall and requires support from Julie and Mrs Dalton. Mandy to discuss with both parties.
Father Christmas
Mandy to canvas Mrs Dalton who is allowed, to be father Christmas this year.
Outside stall holders
Jules to sound out possible stall holders who would want to sell at the Christmas fayre.
Emma confirmed that "Pet Shop People" were interested and would sell plants, wreaths etc.

Donations for Christmas fayre
- Reception and Nursery: Crisps and soft drinks
- year 1 and 2: Christmas related chocolates
- year 3 and 4: Christmas decoration, tags and wrapping paper
- year 5 and 6: Stocking fillers
Other donations gratefully accepted: clean empty glass jars, Christmas hamper items.
